Terraces Direct Mail

This was a fun piece. Essentially it was a booklet that not only described the condo that were to be sold, but the attractions and various establishments around the neighborhood where this downtown Milwaukee condo development to be built.

I did the design of the booklet and even engineered the die-lines of the cover that held the booklet.

A to Zoo Milwaukee Direct Mail

Working with a team of directors and writers, I came up with the idea of "A to Zoo" and developed this direct mail piece and type treatment. This piece unfolded into a 18x24 poster.

It was received really well with a tremendous response rate and the Milwaukee county zoo had a huge spike in new members signing up for the zoo pass.

2000 Shorewood, WI Centennial Exhibit

Browsing through some some old files, I found these images of an exhibit I design for the Shorewood Centennial exhibit back in 2000 as I was finishing up with college at UW Milwaukee. It was a pretty big project for me, while juggling my course credit load. The exhibit was a total 12 panels and tons of scanning. I also got to design the postcard for the event. (Left)

Somewhere I probably still have the Quark files for this project, but where? I have no clue. I hope I can find them someday.

MKE Zoological Society Direct Mail

I designed this project at DMC Advertising for the Milwaukee Zoological Society for the young professionals campaign a few years back. This postcard featured variable information and was printed with a clear varnish -- giving it a sleek, layered look.
